Ukraine sees and knows what steps Russian terrorists are planning and will act accordingly. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy promised tough actions to protect the country and Ukrainians.

The President said this in a traditional evening video address on September 10, the 930th day of Russia's full-scale invasion. Zelenskyy outlined the situation at the front and named the key areas of Ukrainian diplomacy.

President on state security

Volodymyr Zelenskyy heard intelligence reports on threats and opportunities for Ukraine. He stated that Ukraine sees Moscow's plans and will act firmly in response.

The President specifically addressed the countries that help Russian terrorists.

"I want to say now to everyone in the world who still wants to help Putin in some way: we will do everything not just to protect our state and people, but to really consolidate the world for the sake of strong responses to the incitement of war or any attempt to continue the war," the head of state said.

Zelenskyy on the situation at the front

The President heard a report from Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi. In particular, he discussed the situation in the hottest areas – Pokrovsk and Kurakhiv.

Zelenskyy said that Ukraine was bringing the steps of its partners closer to the long-range capabilities.

"Today there was a report from the commander-in-chief Syrskyi. I thank all our soldiers who hold the front in the Pokrovske direction, who hold the Kurakhove direction. They are really keeping our positions. And we are bringing closer the steps of our partners who can help now," the President noted.

According to him, the determination of Ukrainians is more than enough. And the determination of partners should become much more "long-range".

"The determination of our partners must become much more long-range. We are also working on logistics – timely delivery of the announced support packages. Every day is a challenge. Every day is a maximum effort. We will definitely defeat the occupier!" the statement reads.

Zelenskyy outlines tasks for the new Foreign Minister

On September 10, President Zelenskyy officially introduced the new Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andrii Sybiha. According to the president, one of the main tasks of the new foreign minister is to "reconfigure the system of Ukrainian diplomacy so that we and our partners can respond to challenges much more actively."

Among the key priorities of the year are the second Peace Summit and work with partners in groups on the points of the peace formula and on a common view of ending the war.

Zelenskyy also announced increased cooperation with Africa, Latin America, and Asia. According to the president, Ukraine needs more meaningful relations and cooperation with its respective allies than it has now.

"Ukraine should be fully understood in all partner countries, particularly in Europe. Ukraine needs much more meaningful relations and cooperation than we have now with Latin America, Africa, and Asia. We must realize the full potential of our strategic relations with the United States. And with all the countries that are key to their regions but do not yet have strategic relations with Ukraine, we need a truly strategic level of cooperation," Zelenskyy emphasized.
