How to make pancakes without a frying pan and standing over the stove: an easy way
It turns out that there is a better way to make delicious pancakes if you ditch the frying pan and try a simple technique that everyone is familiar with.
User Casey Major-Bunce, also known as the "queen of life hacks" (@MajorMumHacks), said on her Instagram that she has been using the oven to cook this dish for a long time.
Cooking pancakes in the oven may seem strange, but it's convenient because you can prepare them several days in advance and then use them as a quick but tasty breakfast.
The fantastic thing about this method of cooking is that you don't have to stand over the pan and clean up the mess, and the pancakes themselves are much fluffier as a result.
How to cook pancakes in the oven
First, preheat the oven to 175 degrees and grease a muffin tin with oil.
Next, you can prepare a simple pancake batter in a mixing bowl or use a pancake mix if you prefer.
Pour the batter into the muffin tins.

If you want to make pancake batter, combine 100 g of flour, two eggs, and 300 ml of milk in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
Then fill the muffin tin halfway with the pancake batter and put it in the oven. At this point, add any toppings you want on top.
You can add any filling you want.
