Ingredients
- Cherries - 300 gr.
- Sugar - 80 gr.
- Water - 50 ml.
- Corn starch - 15 g.
- Filo dough - 6 sheets.
- Oil for frying
Method of preparation.
1. Bring the cherries and sugar to a boil, add the starch dissolved in water and cook over low heat until thickened.
2. Cover the contact with foil and cool to room temperature.
3. Heat the oil well and start rolling the pies.
4. Brush the free edge of the dough with water and put it into the preheated oil.
5. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Then put the pies on paper towels.
