Delicious and healthy "Napoleon" made from phyllo dough: it takes a few minutes to prepare

The idea of making a healthy "Napoleon" from phyllo dough was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Iryna with the nickname irina orishka. You do not need sugar.
Ingredients:
- phyllo dough – 100 g
- milk – 300 g
- flour – 30 g
- egg yolk – 1 pc
- vanilla
- stevia – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Put the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
2. The dough bakes very quickly, so do not leave it unattended.
3. For the cream, mix all the ingredients with cold milk and, stirring constantly, bring to the desired consistency over low heat.
4. Brush the dough layers with the cooled cream.
5. Leave in the refrigerator overnight.
