To make pancakes thin and avoid tearing, here’s what you need to add to the batter: the recipe
If you want to make tasty and, most importantly, successful pancakes, cooks advise making the dough with milk and adding hot water and oil.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for the perfect dough for thin pancakes that will be delicious.
Ingredients:
- Eggs 2 pcs
- Milk 250 ml
- Flour 140 g
- Boiling water 150-200 ml
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- A pinch of salt
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Mix eggs, sugar, and salt in a bowl with a whisk. Pour in half the milk, mix, and sift in all the flour.
2. Once the flour is well mixed, pour in the second half of the milk.
3. Brew the dough. Pour boiling water into the dough, stirring constantly with a whisk. Add the oil, mix well, and leave for 15 minutes.
