"Ukraine knows and will know what the enemy is preparing": Zelensky praises work of Ukrainian intelligence
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky noted the work of the Ukrainian intelligence agencies - the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine and the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine. He noted that thanks to them and everyone who serves in them, our state is informed about the enemy's plans.
Zelensky said this on Monday, November 13, in his evening address to Ukrainians (to watch the video, scroll to the bottom of the page) . He said that today he had heard reports from the Chief of the Main Intelligence Directorate, Kyrylo Budanov, and the Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service, Oleksandr Lytvynenko.
The Head of State thanked the two intelligence services for their work, thanks to which Ukraine is aware of the plans of the aggressor country Russia and has the opportunity to respond to them.
"I am grateful to both of our structures - to each and every person who serves in them - and above all, for the fact that Ukraine knows and will know what the enemy is preparing and how to respond - correctly and powerfully. Both on the ground and in the Black Sea," the President said.
In this address, he also spoke about the current situation at the front, the training of Ukrainian pilots on F-16 fighter jets, and international steps planned for the coming weeks. Read more about this here.
As OBOZ.UA previously reported, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry was behind the explosions in Russia on the night of November 11. The "bavovna" was delivered to a design bureau that produced missiles and their components in the Moscow region and a powder factory in the Tambov region.
