The attack on the Crimean bridge caused an explosion of emotions among Malyuk and SBU officers: historical footage

The attack on the Crimean Bridge, which was carried out by the Security Service of Ukraine in July 2023, caused a real explosion of emotions for the head of the SBU Vasyl Maliuk and all those involved in its implementation. The network showed what was happening in the room from which the operation was controlled.

The relevant footage appeared in the documentary"Crimean Bridge Encore. SBU. Special Operations of Victory". The Sea Baby drone reached the target in 5-7 minutes.

The operation was not entirely smooth, as Sea Baby first passed between the bridge's pillars and had to be redirected. After the turn, the first explosion occurred, which caused sincere emotions among the participants of the operation, everyone shouted, jumped, applauded and laughed, including the head of the SBU, Maliuk.

A brigadier general with the call sign "Hunter" commented on these events, noting that all the men were boys, children. And it was the first time in history that such an operation was carried out.

"When we successfully hit, it was a real explosion of emotions. Positive, smiles, brotherly hugs. It is a real military happiness when you achieve a certain success and fulfill the task set by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief," noted Maliuk.

As a reminder, the same film revealed that during the preparation of the attack on the Crimean bridge illegally built by the occupiers, the SBU decided not to use Starlink communications, as it could not rely on the products of Elon Musk's company. For the attack, the special services used a Sea Baby drone, with volunteers helping to set up a high-quality connection.

- On July 17, 2023, an attack took place on the illegally built Crimean bridge. The special operation was carried out by the SBU and the Navy. Sea Baby surface drones were used to strike the bridge, as a result of which one of the spans of the road part was severely damaged.

- The head of the SBU, Vasyl Malyuk, said that the Crimean bridge built by the Russian occupiers was doomed. He announced many surprises that will concern both the illegal crossing and other enemy targets.
