First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska told us where her children, 20-year-old Oleksandra and 11-year-old Kyrylo, are now. According to the president's wife, despite the danger, the family lives in Kyiv.

The public figure said this in an interview with the Italian TV channel Rai. "I can't tell you all the details because we have to protect the children. However, we are all in Ukraine. We are all in Kyiv. If I sometimes go on business trips like today, my children are always in Ukraine," the guest said. The First Lady also noted that she sometimes sees her husband Volodymyr Zelenskyy because of her work.

The host Bruno Vespi asked the Ukrainian woman what the most difficult moment of the 1,000 days of full-scale war in Ukraine was for her. According to the president's wife, she often receives this question and believes that it is difficult to find an answer: "If we are talking today, the most difficult moment is the dormitory in Hlukhiv, where two days ago a Russian missile killed 12 people, two children. It is difficult."

If she had been asked a week ago, Zelenska added, she would have named her native Kryvyi Rih, where a family with three children was killed in a Russian missile attack. "I, for one, am not comforted by this, because I know the house they lived in very well. And when you see these photos of a completely destroyed house from a Russian missile strike, a house you've walked past 100 times, it's hard to experience. And, unfortunately, we are constantly adding more episodes like this in these 1000 days. We count the dead, we count the missing, and these numbers are constantly growing," she explained.
