For the first time, Anita Lutsenko showed a photo of how she was disfigured by a surgeon from the top 10 best in Ukraine and explained why she has been hiding her stomach lately

Star trainer Anita Lutsenko has finally declassified the part of her body she can't stand. After the birth of her daughter Mia in 2016, the athlete "earned" an umbilical hernia, which is why she turned to one of the best surgeons in Ukraine. While he was supposed to fix the whole situation, the doctor did the opposite, and for years Lutsenko has been hiding her stomach and feeling self-conscious about it.

Earlier, the trainer told us how much she loves her body and avoids any beauty injections, but after the speech, she left the intrigue that there is still one place she does not take calmly. Now, in her Instagram stories, she revealed what this mysterious part is – her stomach.

"Let me tell you the story of my surgery. Do you remember the size of my pregnancy? 80 kg. Somewhere in there, an umbilical hernia appeared. Outwardly, everything was more or less normal. But it hurt and needed to be "darned". Then 'Dancing with the Stars' happened," Lutsenko said about the hernia when there were no visual problems.

Later, she turned to one of the best doctors in Ukraine, who offered not only to perform a hernia operation but also to "hem" the diastasis, which is the divergence of the abdominal muscles on the sides. Anita Lutsenko readily agreed to this.

"It's easy to diagnose. You go to the surgeon and ask what to do. I was told that since I was going to enter through the navel anyway, the diastasis could be sutured a little. But for God's sake, I'm going to sleep anyway. During the press, I always felt it, and therefore there were no questions about whether to do it or not. It doesn't bother me," she admitted.

The athlete is very upset that she chose a surgeon whose name she did not mention.

"But when you asked me to recommend a doctor, I said that, unfortunately, I couldn't recommend one because something went wrong. The next 5 years were very, very traumatic for me in terms of my profession and my decisions. It's a mess... Top 10 surgeons in Ukraine," Lutsenko said.

Because of the unsuccessful surgery, she began to feel self-conscious about her appearance and hide her stomach in every way possible.

"So for the next 5 years you saw me wearing leggings pulled up above my belly button. One-piece swimsuits became my friends. Although before that my belly was my pride. It was difficult to choose positions at photo shoots. Or underpants to the ears... Okay, if only I wasn't a trainer. And it would be nice if I had a different stomach "before". It's especially unpleasant when I tell you to pull your stomach in on the press. And I have some kind of "growth" that I can't pull in because it's not mine," she noted the "saving" ways.

At the time, the coach advised her followers to be very careful about any interference with their bodies and to think carefully about everything.

Lutsenko was worried that her fans would not support her or would simply ignore her, but instead, they brought the athlete to tears. They supported her so much that the gratitude was worth a separate post. "Thank you all so much for the incredible support and thousands of words of love. You are incredible. Just know that. Every single one of you! I feel like I jumped into the abyss and ended up on a cloud of love," she wrote.
