Anita Lutsenko is a Ukrainian sportswoman, professional trainer, weight loss specialist and TV presenter.
Brief biography
Anita Lutsenko was born on March 11, 1984 in Kiev.
She received her higher education at the National University of Physical Education and Sport.
She has a bachelor's degree (with honors) in "Olympic professional sport" and a master's degree (with honors) in "Theory and methodology of organization of sports events and spectacles".
Lutsenko has qualifications as a fitness trainer and physical education teacher. Directions: step, aerobics, bossa, dance, strength and functional training, Pilates, stretching, aqua-aerobics.
She is also a certified Pilates and TRX (Total Resistance exercises) specialist.
She first started teaching fitness back in 2000.
Anita has been practicing rhythmic gymnastics since she was four years old, studying at Irina Deryugina's school. She also studied aerobics and dance professionally.
In 1994-2002 she was a participant of Ukrainian and European championships in artistic gymnastics. She has the title of master of sports in sports aerobics. She won a silver medal at the European Championship in sports aerobics. Also won many times at the championship of Ukraine in aerobics and fitness.
In 2017, she co-authored the book "You Just WOW!" about maintaining a healthy body and figure. The book was written in co-authorship with nutritionist Svetlana Fus.
At one time Lutsenko was a trainer of Ukrainian singer and TV presenter Vera Brezhneva.
She was the author of the popular challenge "14 days without sweets".
She is one of the founders of the online project for weight loss WOWBODY, which developed five weight loss programs. Subsequently, a sportswear brand WOWBODY shop was created.
She was also the author of the free mobile application for women Vingo!
TV work
Lutsenko for several seasons coached the participants of the show "Zvazheni ta shaslivi", and then was the host of the show on the TV channel STB. She was also the host of the sports column in the program "Everything will be good!" on STB.
In 2018, she was a participant of the dance show "Dancing with the Stars" on the channel "1+1".
Family
Anita Lutsenko is in a relationship with a man whose name is not disclosed. It is known that in 2016 the couple had a daughter Mia.
