The most important element in sportswear: your results depend on it

Sportswear!

In my opinion, there is ONE main point for women in sportswear - bodice, top, breast support! A good special top is a guarantee of comfort, a guarantee of improvement, not harm to yourself!

TYPES OF COSTUMES: tops and shorts, leggings, pants, T-shirts, turtlenecks... it should be comfortable! You should like it!

In public - in the gym - sexy, bright, stylish, beautiful, thoughtful!

At home - even in underwear, but in the right top! If you want to look beautiful at home - great, great! Beautiful, so beautiful for yourself!

Requirements: sweat should be absorbed into the clothes, not remain under them on the body.

The body should not overheat! Warm clothes in a hot gym are a guarantee of stars in the eyes and nausea. I'm all for freshness, cold air temperature, minimum clothes - maximum evaporation.

Sneakers: in large reputable sportswear companies, the sneaker department always has inscriptions: for fitness, for running, for lifestyle. Choose a quality one in the right direction.

Style: nowadays there are fitness trends... and we don't wear the same clothes for yoga as for crossfit! Nor do we go to dinner in a tracksuit. It's more of a freelance etiquette to maintain the mood and atmosphere.

There are style rules, but this is just fashion.

Choose clothes to fit your figure just like regular clothes - decorate! Smooth it out!

There is only one word of advice from me! I don't recommend wearing white, milk, light yellow, light green shades, when cellulite is even more visible through leggings than it is. Why? Wear black and tight leggings and you're good! And in 2 months you can jump into white ones.
