President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine is constantly increasing the production of shells and equipment. The government is also doing everything to ensure that our country continues to be a guarantor of food security and has access to global markets.

The President made this statement during his evening video address on Friday, 11 August. The video was published by the President's office.

"I wish you health, dear Ukrainians! Report for this day. Morning is a selector. Military, intelligence, officials. Talking to the sound of air defence in the Kyiv region. The Ministry of Internal Affairs - the situation in the regions, the liquidation of the consequences of Russian strikes, the work of the State Emergency Service. Thanks to all Ukrainian rescuers! Ministry of Strategic Industries - report on the production of shells and equipment in Ukraine. We are increasing production volumes. We are constantly increasing. The SBU - significant work against collaborators. Thank you, guys!" - Zelensky said.

He added that in the afternoon he held a meeting of the National Security and Defence Council on "military registration and enlistment offices". A meeting on the work of the system of military medical commissions is also expected.

The President also said that the authorities are constantly working with our partners at all levels.

"Today, Head of the Office Yermak, Foreign Minister Kuleba, specialised deputy heads of the Office Andriy Sybiga and Ihor Zhovkva worked with ambassadors of partner countries for the sake of the Peace Formula. For the sake of countries joining," he said.

Zelenskyy himself held talks with Zambian President Hakainda Hichilema. They discussed bilateral relations and the Ukrainian Peace Formula.

"Another country in the Global South supports our initiatives. This is very important," he stressed.

Separately, the Head of State held a meeting with Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Kyrylo Budanov, Chief of the National Security Service Valeriy Zaluzhnyi, Navy Commander Oleksiy Neizhpapa, Head of the Security Service Vasyl Malyuk, and the Ministry of Infrastructure to discuss alternatives to grain exports via the transit corridor.

"We are doing everything possible to ensure that Ukraine continues to be a guarantor of food security and that our people have access to world markets," the President stressed.

In addition, Zelenskyy also spoke about the situation at the frontline, which is getting worse every day.

"And, of course, the frontline. Every direction, all key efforts. Daily attention. Daily support. Daily reinforcement. I thank everyone who is fighting for Ukraine! To all those who are in the trenches, on combat missions, at combat posts! I thank everyone who works for the state! Glory to Ukraine!" - he summarised.
