President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy commented on the missile attack on Dnipro. He promised to do everything to bring Russia to justice.

The head of state wrote about this on his Telegram channel. He also posted a video of the aftermath of the attack.

"Dnipro. Friday evening. Hit a high-rise building and the SBU building. Russian missile terror again," the president said.

He added that he had promptly held conversations with the leadership of the Security Service of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Emergency Service, as well as the head of the Dnipro Regional Military Administration.

All the necessary services are working on the spot. And Zelenskyy is keeping the situation under his personal control.

"We respond quickly and help people. We are keeping the situation under control. We will do everything to bring Russia to full punishment for its aggression and terror against our people. This bastard will be held accountable. We will do everything for justice," the Head of State stressed.

On the evening of Friday, 28 July, several loud explosions were heard in Dnipro, which led to an air raid alert. In the city, Russian missiles hit a multi-storey building and an administrative building, leaving five people injured. Explosions were also heard in Zaporizhzhia.
