"The windows almost flew out": the occupiers announced attacks on Sevastopol with ATACMS missiles, a fire broke out. Video

It's restless in Sevastopol again
Explosions were heard in Sevastopol

Around noon on June 23, there was a "pop" in the temporarily occupied Sevastopol. The occupiers complained about the attack on the city with ATACMS missiles and reported the operation of Russian air defense, and eyewitnesses reported the arrival and subsequent fire in the Sevastopol Bay area.

The invaders were also forced to stop traffic on the Crimean bridge. The explosions were reported by local Crimean publics, and later information about the dead and wounded appeared.

At first, they started writing that "traffic on the Crimean bridge is temporarily blocked": the message appeared at 12:16.

Almost simultaneously, panicked reports of explosions in the city appeared.

"Sevastopol, loudly! Air defense is working in the city! Follow the safety measures, move away from the windows!", "The windows almost flew out. It's very loud", "Air defense work, Kozacha Bay, Sevastopol", "Molochnaya Balka area. There was a siren in the military unit, after that very loud claps, the ground is shaking", "It's very loud on Astana Kesayeva!" - Crimean publics kept the chronology of the "bavovna".

The occupiers announced strikes with ATACMS missiles, and the work of Russian air defense was confirmed by the governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhayev.

Approximately half an hour after the first reports of explosions, he claimed that the attack was over and that Russian air defense had allegedly shot down five missiles. He also reported that debris had allegedly fallen "in the coastal zone."

According to Razvozhayev, 14 people were injured, including two children.

He also said that "the forest is burning" in Sevastopol after the attack, which was somewhat out of line with his usual explanation of the smoke over the city as "burning grass."

Meanwhile, Crimean Wind wrote that subscribers from Sevastopol and Balaklava reported strong explosions on the afternoon of June 23, and Crimeans also noted the work of the occupiers' air defense in the area of Yevpatoriya, Saky, Bakhchisarai and Inkerman.

And the occupiers probably did not work as well as I am trying to prove.

"It looks like there is an arrival in the area of Sevastopol Bay... Detonations are heard in the area of Kozatska Bay, where the 810th Marine Brigade of the Russian Black Sea Fleet is based," Krymsky Vet wrote.

According to the channel, the victims Razvozhayev was talking about have only the occupiers to thank.

"Subscribers report that the Russian air defense system shot down a missile near Uchkuyivka beach. There was also an explosion of ammunition. The main part is in the sea, one shell hit the beach, near people, writes Crimean Wind.

According to the Sevastopol mayor, 12 people, including two children, were wounded in the area of Uchkuyivka.

Later, it was reported that the case did not end with the victims.

"As we are informed, there are dead on the beach in Uchkuyivka. Many ambulances have arrived in the area. The road to the beach is blocked, no one is allowed to pass," Krymskiy Vetr wrote.

Razvozhayev later said that the number of victims had increased to 22 people. He also confirmed the deaths of two people: an adult and a child, calling this information "preliminary".

"The situation in Uchkuyivka is difficult, all available ambulances have been sent there. Some people have already been taken to the hospital and are being provided with all the necessary assistance. All forces have been mobilized," the spokesman said.

Meanwhile, eyewitnesses of the events threw a tantrum because the occupation authorities did not declare an air raid alert so as not to "scare tourists". They also complain about the lack of shelters on the beach in Uchkuyivka, which left people with nowhere to hide, and that where there are some semblance of "shelters", even children are being kicked out of them.

Videos showing the results of "the downing of a Ukrainian missile by crooked Russian air defense" filmed near Uchkuyivka beach have also begun to appear online.

At 12:36, the invaders announced the resumption of traffic on the Crimean bridge. But at 13:18, the bridge was blocked again, and Russians launched fighter jets in Belbek.

As a reminder, the day before, on June 22, the occupied Crimea complained about a drone attack. The so-called governor Mykhailo Razvozhayev said at about 07:00 that Sevastopol was being attacked by at least four UAVs "right now."

He claimed that the grass had caught fire in the area of Monastyrskoye Highway "as a result of the fall of shrapnel." No one was allegedly injured and there were no damages.

Sevastopol was also noisy at the beginning of the day on June 22. Then the occupiers also announced a massive UAV attack, while assuring that they were shooting down everything.
