"The initiative is now in the hands of our soldiers": Zelensky showed powerful photos from the front

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky showed a new series of powerful photos from the front. He said that the initiative is invariably in the hands of our soldiers and that it is the heroism of Ukrainians that will determine how the war with Russia ends.

A corresponding publication appeared on Zelensky's official Telegram channel on September 16. The published footage captures the moments of combat work of Ukrainian defenders (to view, scroll to the end of the news).

"The initiative is in the hands of our soldiers week after week. It is Ukrainian heroism that determines how this war will end. We must all remember this," the president wrote.

The day before, Zelensky said that he had honored the soldiers of the 82nd Separate Air Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who are taking part in the fighting in the Zaporizhzhia direction.

As reported by OBOZREVATEL, on September 15, Zelensky thanked Ukrainian soldiers for fighting the invaders and announced a "significant result" in the Bakhmut direction. In particular, he noted the liberation of Andriivka and added that active hostilities continue in the areas of Kurdiumivka and Klishchiivka, as well as near Opytne and Vodiane.
