Russians attacked Odesa's historic center with ballistic missiles, there are destructions: first details
In the evening of January 31, several powerful explosions occurred in Odesa. Russian war criminals once again attacked the city with ballistic missiles.
The explosions were reported by Odesa Mayor Hennadii Trukhanov after an air alert was declared and warnings of new ballistic missile launches. The Ukrainian Air Force also reported a ballistic threat.
The first report of a ballistic threat to Odesa region was at 19:17. A few minutes later, the mayor of Odesa reported an explosion in the city.
At 19:48, the threat was called off in the regions. However, at 19:50 and 19:54, the Air Force reported two "high-speed targets in the Black Sea towards Odesa."
At 20:00, the mayor of Odesa again reported a new explosion in the city.
Ukrainian Air Force monitors urged Odesa residents to stay in safe places until all clear. At that time, an enemy reconnaissance drone was flying over the city.
The Dumska media outlet reports that the first explosion occurred near the luxury hotel Bristol in the city center. It seems that a hole in the ground has formed near the building. And the blast wave smashed the windows of a shop opposite.
A second strike was made in the same place – Russian criminals are working according to their usual scheme.
At 20:30, the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, noted that "Russian terrorists attacked the historic center of Odesa with missiles" and added that "the threat remains."
A few minutes later, Mr. Kiper clarified that there was a casualty as a result of the enemy strike, a hotel employee.
"The woman was hospitalized. She is being provided with all the necessary medical care. The threat of ballistic missile attack from the south remains," he said.
As of 22:10, three casualties were reported. Mr. Kiper clarified that a boy born in 2006 also sustained a head wound (the minor was also hospitalized).
"As a result of the explosions, the premises of a number of historical monuments, including the literary, historical, local history, archaeological museums and the museum of Western and Eastern art, as well as the philharmonic, have broken windows and damaged facades. All relevant services continue to work on eliminating the consequences," he said and showed the consequences of the barbaric Russian attack.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy reacted to another crime of the occupiers.
"Russian missile attack on Odesa, on the historic center of the city. Preliminary ballistics. An absolutely deliberate attack by Russian terrorists. Fortunately, there were no casualties. There are some injured, but they are being treated. Among the people who were at the epicenter of the attack were Norwegian diplomatic representatives," the Head of State noted and added that the government was "doing everything to help people."
As of 23:45, seven civilians were wounded in a Russian terrorist attack on the historic center of Odesa.
"Everyone is in moderate condition. The victims are being provided with all the necessary assistance," said the head of the region, Mr. Kiper, adding that emergency services continue to work on the spot.

According to it, the occupiers attacked Odesa with Iskander ballistic missiles.

Currently, 7 people are known to have been injured and hospitalized. Emergency services and law enforcement officers are working at the scene to record another war crime," the prosecutors said.

At 00:34, an air raid alarm sounded again in Odesa. The Air Force reported a "high-speed target in the Black Sea towards Odesa."
At 00:42, Oleh Kiper noted that "powerful explosions have occurred in the city again." He urged people not to leave the shelters.
At 1 a.m., Mr. Trukhanov showed a new video from Odesa (below) and promised that by morning the utility companies "will clean up everything and restore the operation of electric transport." The authorities have not reported any new casualties as a result of the new strikes on the city.
