"No one believes in victory like I do": Time magazine dedicated its cover to Zelensky

Another Time cover dedicated to the President of Ukraine

The iconic Time magazine has dedicated the cover of its latest issue to President Volodymyr Zelensky. It is made in a flashy bright red color, with the words of the Ukrainian leader embossed in large black letters:"No one believes in our victory as much as I do. No one!"

The November issue is already on sale. In it, the author of the article, Simon Shuster , describes almost two years of events in the war in Ukraine, how the emphasis of Western partners has shifted during this time, and what difficulties and conditions the Supreme Commander-in-Chief faces when receiving new assistance.

"However, despite all the obstacles, Zelensky's convictions have not changed. He does not intend to give up fighting or demand any kind of peace. On the contrary, his belief in Ukraine's ultimate victory over Russia has taken on a form that surprises even his team members. It is unwavering, bordering on messianism," the author of the article writes.

Simon noted that for the Ukrainian president, any talk of a truce on Russia's terms is unacceptable. "For us, this would mean leaving this wound open for future generations," the journalist quotes Zelenskyy as saying during the interview.

As OBOZ.UA reported, last year President Zelensky became a record holder in terms of the number of world magazine covers dedicated to him. For example, the December issue of Time magazine named him the Person of the Year.

And this summer, a portrait of our president was published on the cover of The Atlantic magazine. The author of the picture in the national colors of Ukraine is the lead singer of the Irish rock band U2, Bono (real name: Paul David Hewson).
