The Ukrainian Armed Forces will receive a new model of FPV drone. The drone has impressive tactical and technical characteristics.

Moreover, it will be launched into mass production, which will help save the lives of our soldiers. This was announced by Defense Minister Alexei Reznikov on Facebook (to see the photo, scroll to the end of the page).

According to the head of the defense ministry, the relevant commission at the Department of military-technical policy, development of weapons and military equipment of the Ministry of Defense has completed the necessary procedures for the adoption of the new drone in the operation of the AFU. Reznikov added that the implementation of the project is a joint effort of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the manufacturing company and all the specialists involved in the process.

The Minister noted that the new FPV drone is assembled in Ukraine, but mostly from foreign components. However, in the future Ukraine intends to produce the main components on its own to guarantee the independence and sustainability of supplies to the army under any circumstances.

Reznikov also said that since the beginning of the full-scale war, the Defense Ministry has already adopted more than 30 models of UAVs of different types - reconnaissance, strike, kamikaze drones and barrage munitions. UAV munitions have also been created as a separate category.

"All this is being tested on the battlefield by our warriors, modernized. Gradually there will be unification. Now we are acting as flexibly as possible so that all capable teams of developers and manufacturers can prove themselves," the minister said.

Recall that special forces from the Defense Forces destroyed another TOS-1A "Solntsepek" heavy flamethrower multiple rocket launcher system praised by the occupants. Ukrainian FPV drone helped the defenders in this.

Earlier it was reported that soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are actively using kamikaze drones to strike enemy targets. With the help of one of the FPV-drones our defenders destroyed a car of Russian occupants.
