"Why did you go there?" Russian Olympic champion "with the intelligence of a washing machine" lashes out at Russians over the 2024 Olympics
Russian skier Veronika Stepanova, whose intelligence has been compared to a washing machine, has attacked Russian athletes over their participation in the 2024 Olympics. The winner of the 2022 Games in Beijing in the team competition once again distinguished herself by harassing her compatriots and currying favor with the Vladimir Putin regime.
Stepanova said this in an interview with BUSINESS Online. According to her, Russians should go to the Olympics only if "there is a very high probability of winning." Based on the athlete's perverse logic, only a few dozen athletes should go to the main competition of their career.
"My position is that you should only go to the Olympics if you have a very high probability of winning. Not victory for the sake of victory, but to remind the world where this athlete comes from. "Gold is thirty seconds of glory in front of the cameras, and you have to use it. I don't understand many of the athletes who performed in Paris. With the exception of our tennis players, the rest did not bring back any medals. The question arises: why did you go there? Was it for tourist purposes? For a sponsorship phone? Or did you want a photo with Thomas Bach?" Stepanova was indignant.
Earlier, the skier, with a sense of her own exclusivity, demanded "absolute equality with other national teams in all matters," which caused ridicule from fans.
As OBOZ.UA previously reported, Veronika Stepanova issued a fabulous delusion that the refusal of RosTv to broadcast the Olympic Games in Paris is due to low interest in them from viewers.
