Usyk came under fire from the Russian occupiers at the front. Photo fact

Undefeated Ukrainian heavyweight boxer Oleksandr Usyk (20-0, 13 KOs) has travelled to the frontline to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which are defending our homeland from the Russian aggressor. It has not been reported where the boxer has arrived, but pictures of Usyk in the hot spot have appeared on the Instagram accounts of some Ukrainian soldiers.
One of our soldiers posted a joint photo with Oleksandr, adding that the boxer had come under fire.
"I gave Usyk my patch [chevron - Ed.]. We waited for a couple of arrivals. It's been a great evening. I was glad to see you," he said in the caption under the photo.
As OBOZREVATEL previously reported, in one of his interviews, Usyk expressed hope that the war in our country would end with the onset of autumn. The athlete stressed the support of Ukrainians from the entire civilised world, which should help us defeat the aggressor.
In addition, Sasha admitted that he faced a wave of insults on social media after he strongly condemned Russia's military aggression. In the neighbouring country, the athlete is considered a traitor, while some of his compatriots also criticise him.
