"Two letters Z in bloody color." The inscription on Lomachenko's T-shirt caused a stir online. Photo fact

The t-shirt Vasyl Lomachenko (17-2, 11 KOs) wore when he arrived in Las Vegas for the press conference for his fight with bantamweight champion Devin Haney (29-0, 15 KOs) sparked a heated discussion among fans. The Ukrainian had "PSLM 33" written on his chest.

Psalm 33 is one of the 150 psalms that make up the Psalms, the 19th book of the Old Testament. It tells people not to rejoice in a secular godless and sinful life, but to find peace in praying to the Lord, thanking him constantly for everything that happens.

In the comments, boxing fans from Ukraine took such a church reference to Vasyl ambiguously. To many, the numbers 33 reminded of the sign of Rascism "Z".

"At first it seemed like two blood-colored letters zet, and then I saw that Vasya covered himself with God," wrote one commenter.

Some supported Lomachenko in his godliness, but most took a negative view of the fact that Vasyl did not post any Ukrainian symbols.
