Journalists of the Czech publication Reflex used artificial intelligence Midjourney to generate realistic outfits for athletes from Russia and Belarus that they could wear at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. As a basic element, the neural network used the blood color of innocent Ukrainians who were killed by the Russian occupiers during the full-scale invasion.

"While the Russian military, led by war criminal Vladimir Putin, is still killing civilians in Ukraine, kidnapping Ukrainian women, raping and torturing anyone who falls into their hands, the IOC thought it would be a great idea to send Russian and Belarusian athletes" to the "neutral flag Olympics in Paris. We 'applaud' and approve of this decision, provided that the athletes wear the collection we have generated for them," the description of the photos reads.

The International Olympic Committee has decided to allow representatives of Russia and Belarus to compete at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris as neutral athletes.

They will be allowed to compete on an individual basis if they meet the qualification criteria and other conditions.

"While the rules say they should not be openly supporting the war in Ukraine or have ties to the military or police forces, it is worth reminding them that hundreds of Ukrainians cannot go to the Olympics simply because Russians killed them in their homes," Reflex journalists write.

As OBOZ.UA reported, the day before, two-time Stanley Cup winner Dominik Hašek expressed confidence that "this decision of the IOC will cost thousands, maybe millions of lost lives of Ukrainians and Russians."
