Usyk-Dubois fight may take place in Poland

The unified world heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk (20-0, 13 KOs) is determined to fight his next fight with the British Daniel Dubois (19-1, 18 KOs) in Poland. Our boxer's promoter Oleksandr Krasiuk has already arrived in Warsaw to hold relevant negotiations, and the show itself is planned to be organised at the country's main arena.

Piotr Jagiello, a journalist and commentator for Ring TVP Sport, wrote about this on his page on the social network Tiwtter. He called this development "the dream of a drunken madman".

"The Usyk-Dubois fight at the National Stadium in Warsaw sounds like a drunken madman's dream, but it's actually a possibility. The question is whether the arena will be available to the promoters. We have specific plans - a boxing night with a performance by Ukrainian musicians. It would be a holiday," said the media representative.

Promoter Andrzej Wasilewski posted a photo with Krasiuk on Twitter. "We both work in Warsaw... The chances are growing! Usyk vs Dubois for the WBO, WBA, IBF and The Ring heavyweight titles!" he wrote.

Earlier, Oleksandr Usyk's manager Egis Klimas told us when the Ukrainian boxer will fight next. In addition, it became known who the British champion Tyson Fury (33-0-1, 24 KOs) will fight instead of the Ukrainian.

As reported by OBOZREVATEL, Anthony Joshua's (25-3, 22 KOs) promoter Eddie Hearn spoke about what is really happening around the Usyk-Fury fight.
