"Maybe then you'll change your opinion about Russia?" Famous Ukrainian tennis player reacts to Russian Federation's night strike on Odessa

Yastremskaya addressed the WTA and ITF

Ukrainian tennis player Dayana Yastremska reacted emotionally to the night strike on her native Odessa, which the Russian occupants struck on the night of July 19. She also appealed to the leadership of international federations, in her sport, as the organizations continue to turn a blind eye to the war in our country, allowing representatives of the Russian Federation to their tournaments.

About this Yastremskaya wrote on her page in the social network Instagram. She demanded the International Tennis Federation (ITF) and the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) to react harshly against the Russians and called it unfair that the athletes are in different conditions.

"WTA and ITF, check out my Stories or maybe you want to see videos, or visit Ukraine? Maybe then you will change your opinion about Russia? Someone is sleeping very well right now, and you know who I mean, and who is trying to survive. And all Ukrainian tennis players don't sleep during tournaments because they follow the news. Is this fair?" - wrote Yastremskaya.

We would like to point out that on the night of July 19, Russian forces launched a massive strike on Ukrainian cities, using 31 missiles and 32 attack drones. Odessa Mayor Gennady Trukhanov has called the attack on the city the largest since the invasion on February 24. As of 9:30, at least six Odessa residents, including a 9-year-old boy, are known to have sought medical help.

As reported OBOZREVATEL, a famous Russian commentator Alexei Andronov debunked the lies of the propagandists of "Match TV", which in the broadcast of the program "There is a theme" told about the "declaration of neutrality" for tennis players from the Russian Federation.
