"It's not a leak": ex-world champion slams Haney for his words about Lomachenko
Former world champion in two weight categories Paul Malignaggi called on fans and experts to treat Ukrainian Vasyl Lomachenko (17-2, 11 KOs) with respect. The American, who beat Vyacheslav Senchenko in 2012 at the Donbass Arena, noted that our compatriot agreed to all the conditions for the fight with Devin Haney (29-0, 15 KOs).
Malignaggi said this in an interview with ProBox TV, Boxing News 24 reports. He also accused Haney of lying - a few years ago, the young American said that Lomachenko was allegedly avoiding a fight against him, although the Ukrainian was preparing to fight Teofimo Lopez for the title of absolute lightweight champion of the world.
