Klitschko gave a forecast for the second fight between Usyk and Fury

Legendary Ukrainian boxer Volodymyr Klitschko has expressed confidence that Oleksandr Usyk (22-0, 14 KOs) has already written his name in the history of sports. In addition, the former world champion noted that his compatriot's rematch with the British Tyson Fury (34-1-1, 24 KOs) will surely be exciting.

At the same time, Klitschko Jr. found it difficult to answer the question of how the second confrontation between Usyk and Fury would end, Tribuna.com reports. He added that many people had doubts about the prospects of the Ukrainian boxer in the super-heavyweight division, but Oleksandr dispelled them.

"We can't look into the future - only my brother can do that. But I'm sure that the next fight between Fury and Usyk will either be short, because Oleksandr will knock Tyson out, or it will be very difficult for both athletes - even more difficult than the first one. We saw that the fight was very difficult until the ninth round. But I'm proud of Oleksandr. He achieved everything in cruiserweight, and then, when he moved up to super-heavyweight, it was a question for me how it would be there, and it was the same question for him. Because the conditions, size and weight are different there. Usyk will go down in history as one of the most unique athletes in boxing," said Volodymyr.

In the first fight, Usyk defeated Fury by split decision - 114:113, 113:114, 115:112 - and became the absolute world heavyweight champion.

A month after the fight , the Ukrainian was forced to give up the International Boxing Federation (IBF) belt, for which Anthony Joshua (26-3, 23 KOs) and Daniel Dubois (21-2, 20 KOs) will fight on September 21.

Later it became known that the IBF left Usyk no choice. This situation angered the head of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Dana White. The Ukrainian himself commented on his decision. Fury and Usyk will rematch on December 21. The fantastic prize money for the second fight is already known.
