"i'm a little obsessed with Usyk": British journalist assessed the Ukrainian before the fight with Dubois

British broadcaster Laura Woods from TNT Sports has admitted that she is looking forward to making her debut on the broadcaster's airwaves. The 36-year-old journalist will work as a live moderator during the fight between Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk (20-0, 13 KOs) and her compatriot Daniel Dubois (19-1, 18 KOs).
Woods emphasized that Usyk has incredible skills that will be a problem for Dubois in an interview with talkSport. The Brit noted that the Ukrainian is great on his feet and works his punching sequences, so she has doubts about Daniel's victory.
"I've been boxing for the last few years and I've had the opportunity to be at ringside and watch it like I've never watched it before. The first time I watched it so close, it was like, 'whoa!' The thing is that I like Daniel Dubois but I'm also a little obsessed with Usyk. Of course, I want British fighters to do well, but Usyk's footwork is incredible and everything he does is calculated, thought out and clever. That would make a problem for me if I was to fight with him. That's what I'm going to Poland for. It's my first fight on TNT Sports," Woods said.
Usyk-Dubois fight will take place in Wroclaw on August 26. In case of victory, Oleksandr hopes to hold the unification of all the belts of super-heavyweight in a fight with Tyson Fury (33-0-1, 24 KOs), whom the Ukrainian recently complimented.
Saudi Arabia intends to organize Usyk - Fury and Anthony Joshua (25-3, 22 KOs) - Deontay Wilder (43-2-1, 42 KOs) fights in one night. The media published the boxers' fees for the grand show. That said, Anthony has already confirmed his bout against Deontay.
As reported by OBOZREVATEL, the famous Russian promoter Vladimir Khryunov wished Oleksandr Usyk defeat in the fight with Daniel Dubois. The Briton spoke about the fear he saw in the eyes of the Ukrainian during the duel of glances.
