"He lost touch with reality": Russian boxer praises Usyk's victory over Fury
Russian boxer Alexey Papin (15-1, 13 KOs) called the victory of Oleksandr Usyk (22-0, 14 KOs) over Tyson Fury (34-1-1, 24 KOs) in the May 18 fight a natural one. The 36-year-old heavyweight was also surprised by the doubts of some experts about the outcome of the fight, as well as the British man's statements about his triumph.
Papin said this in an interview with the propaganda TV channel Match TV. According to him, Usyk's victory does not raise any questions, and Fury, after being knocked down in the ninth round, simply lost touch with reality. At the same time, everything may turn out differently in the boxers' rematch.

"The fight was great, I agree with the judges' decision. I don't understand who has any questions. Apparently, after the knockdown, Fury lost touch with reality, so he had some questions. It would be cool to see their rematch, but Usyk was really better in this fight. Can there be changes in the rematch? Of course. If Fury draws the right conclusions and builds the fight correctly, as he did at times, then everything can change. But Usyk will be different," Papin said.

Earlier, Russian MMA representative Oleg Taktarov was surprised by the victory of our champion, and also said that Usyk cannot be considered a legend because of his pro-Ukrainian position. Another fighter from Russia, Vyacheslav Datsyk, called the fight between Oleksandr and Tyson pornography.
