"Dude, relax": it became known what Usyk said to Dubois after the knockout

Unified heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk (20-0, 14 KOs) endorsed British Daniel Dubois (19-2, 18 KOs) after the fight on 26 August in Wroclaw. Immediately after the referee scored his opponent's knockout, the Ukrainian approached the young London native and praised him for his fight.
The video was posted on the page of the Top Rank promotion company on the social network X, formerly known as Twitter. Usyk emotionally addressed Dubois, urging him to forget about the defeat and focus on his goal of becoming world champion.
"Daniel! It wasn't bad. It's boxing, it's not ballet, it's not dancing. Daniel, you're young, you can fight, you can dream. Dude, relax. This is boxing, this is a hard sport, bro," Usyk said.
To recap, the team said they did not agree with the result and were appealing. The Ukrainian himself reacted sharply to those who justified the British boxer for this action.
The Usyk-Dubois fight itself ended in the 9th round when the Briton missed a heavy punch to the head. In total, Daniel missed 88 punches to the body and head from the Ukrainian.
Usyk himself was unable to contain his emotions during the press conference after he was accused of wearing his shorts too high. It should be noted that Vasyl Lomachenko also commented on the outcome of the Usyk-Dubois fight, but he did so in a very laconic manner and in Russian.
As OBOZREVATEL previously reported, Daniel Dubois was suspended from boxing after his defeat by Oleksandr Usyk. Kateryna Usyk's reaction to the British boxer's punches was also published online.
And Russian boxer Dmitry Kudryashov ridiculed the Briton for refusing to continue the fight with the Ukrainian. He also added that Usyk should thank the referee for her success.
