President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy congratulated Ukrainians on Easter. He noted that in the most difficult period of Ukraine's modern history, our people are learning the true meaning of the biblical commandments and clearly understanding who is who in the modern world.

Ukrainians are now fighting a just war, defending their right to exist, and God is definitely on the side of those who are right, which is the side of the Defense Forces. The greeting appeared on the President's Telegram channel.

"The Bible teaches us to love our neighbor. And today has shown us the true meaning of this word. When we all became neighbors to each other. And our former neighbor, who was constantly trying to become our brother, is far away for us forever. He broke all the commandments, demanded our home, and came to kill us," Zelenskyy said in a statement.

The Head of State is confident that Russia's crime is no secret, as well as the fact that Ukrainians are fighting a just war. Therefore, Ukraine must eventually win.

"The world sees it (Russia's crimes - Ed.). God knows it. And we believe that God has a chevron with the Ukrainian flag on his shoulder. Therefore, with such an ally, life will definitely defeat death. Happy Easter to all of you, dear Ukrainians! Christ is risen! He is truly risen!" the President summarized.
