Zelenska in knee-high boots and a parka met with a large family from the Kherson region: the first lady's appearance in casual attire
The wife of the President of Ukraine, Olena Zelenska, met with a large family from the Kherson region whose home was damaged by an attack by Russian terrorists in a casual look. The first lady, who usually opts for business casual clothes at official meetings, chose to dress comfortably and practically for her trip to Vasylkiv, appearing in an oversized parka and comfortable galoshes.
Casual style has not been a regular part of Olena Zelenska's wardrobe lately, but for her visit to Vasylkiv, she decided to dress comfortably and practically. The photos were posted on the first lady's official Facebook page.
Volodymyr Zelensky's partner wore a black turtleneck and straight navy blue jeans under her jacket, a combination she hadn't been seen wearing in a while.
The first lady wore a blue asymmetrical parka from the Polish sports brand 4f. The spacious outerwear with lacing covered her from the wind down to her knees.
The look was completed with white fur overshoes. Wearing this casual ensemble, the first lady spoke with a family that had relocated to Vasylkiv from Kakhovka. A new house is being built for them.
"We lived under Russian occupation for nine months. In October 2022, when the fighting intensified again, the family evacuated. Initially, they went to Kyiv and settled in the town of Vasylkiv. The family, consisting of parents and children, enjoys living here. The father started his own business, a shoe repair shop. The mother helps and supports the children's development. Twelve-year-old Bohdan has taken up drawing, while nine-year-old Ivanna is taking voice lessons. The family includes a gymnast and musicians. Iryna mentioned that the family plans to adopt a few more children," the post reads.
Earlier, OBOZ.UA reported that Elvira Hasanova, the designer and founder of the GASANOVA brand frequently worn by Olena Zelenska, compiled a selection of ten luxurious outfits for the first lady.
