Olena Zelenska gave an interview to 7-year-old girl Polina and Masha Kravets

First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska became a guest of the Kontenta podcast, hosted by seven-year-old Polina Medvid and 21-year-old Masha Kravets, daughter of actress and TV presenter Olena Kravets. According to the video description, it was a sincere and frank conversation between the wife of the Ukrainian president and children and young people about mental health and how to support it through music, visual art, and creative practices.

Zelenska shared her atypical interview with the young, but already so grown-up Polina and her co-host Masha on her personal Instagram page. Commenters were touched by what they read and saw, comparing the First Lady to Princess Diana, who also paid a lot of attention to children.

"Polina is seven years old, and she already has a method to calm down during an air raid. In the shelter, together with her classmates, she draws and makes things. "My creativity saves me," says the brave, grown-up girl Frankly speaking, I would like to talk to Polinka about creativity without reference to the war – just as a child with dreams. I would like to answer young people's questions about their experiences of love or study, but the war has broken into these areas as well," Olena said.

According to the first lady, she and Polina and Masha had a very sincere and warm conversation. As you can see from the video, all three of them were open and smiled a lot, although at times the topics were unfortunately not very funny.

"We had a sincere conversation, during which we discussed with the girls how to deal with anxiety and fears, and touched upon the topic of supporting loved ones when they are feeling bad. We also talked about whether meditation and breathing practices help, and how to support mental health through art," Zelenska said.

The full podcast, which lasted almost 30 minutes, was posted on the YouTube channel "Are You OK?"

Meanwhile, Zelenska's page is collecting the first feedback in the comments section. In particular, as we wrote above, one of the subscribers noted: "Mrs. Zelenska can be called the Ukrainian Princess Diana." As you know, Lady Dee was called the queen of human hearts for her extraordinary love for children and her help, mostly moral, to everyone who needed it.

Other commenters also left: "What a cool and awesome first lady we have," "Thank you to our Lady for her work and help to those who need support," "How beautiful," "I felt warm from the video."
