Sirenko spoke about the fight between Usyk and Fury
The unified heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk (21-0, 14 KOs) has serious difficulties with body shots, which could be a problem in his fight against Tyson Fury (34-0-1, 24 KOs). This opinion was expressed in an interview with profiboxing.com.ua by 28-year-old Kyiv resident Vladyslav Sirenko (19-0, 16 KOs), who has sparred with Usyk. He added that any boxer has a hard time taking a punch to the body as they knock out breath and make you slow down.
"I can't say that I was hitting hard or saw anything like that. But I will say this: no one really takes good body shots, if I'm honest. There are just fighters who protect the body well. But in general, body blows are very unpleasant. No words can describe how unpleasant it is. It will be difficult for any fighter to endure such a blow. Judging by Oleksandr's fights, he really has such a drawback," Sirenko said.
