There's nothing better than the aroma of home baking. It creates coziness in your home and puts you in a good mood. There are extremely simple cookie recipes that even beginners can handle.

The most popular three recipes for such cookies were shared on Instagram by chef Liza Hlinska. She claims that these are the perfect choice for those who love homemade baking but don't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen.

Bagels with jam

Ingredients:

  • Milk - 100 ml
  • Yeast - 20 grams
  • Flour - 500 gr
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Eggs - 1 pc
  • Frozen butter 82% - 300 gr
  • Sugar - 100 gr
  • Jam - 300 gr
  • Powdered sugar - 50 g

The method of preparation:

1. Combine warm milk and yeast, and stir to dissolve the yeast. Leave the dough in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.

2. Combine the dough with the egg and mix.

3. Grate the butter on a fine grater. Mix the grated butter with the flour to make crumbs.

4. Add the dough and egg and knead the dough.

5. Divide the dough into small pieces, wrap it in cling film, and refrigerate for an hour.

6. Turn on the oven at 170 °C, with convection.

7. Roll out each piece of dough in turn, sprinkling both sides with sugar.

8. Cut out a circle of 20 cm in diameter from the rolled out dough, and cut it into 8 triangles.

9. Spread jam on the wide side of each triangle and roll up the bagels.

10. Put the bagels in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

11. Sprinkle the finished bagels with powdered sugar.

Cottage cheese cookies

Ingredients for 50 pieces:

  • Flour - 300 gr
  • Baking powder - 10 gr
  • Butter 82% - 150 gr
  • Cottage cheese 5% - 350 gr
  • Sugar - 150 g

The method of preparation:

1. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve.

2. Combine flour with baking powder, salt, and vanilla sugar and mix.

3. Grate the butter into the flour and mix to make crumbs.

4. Add the cottage cheese, mix until smooth, and knead the dough.

5. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.

6. Divide the dough into 4 parts, take one, and return three to the refrigerator.

7. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2-3 mm, cut out circles with a diameter of 8 cm using a round cutter.

8. Dip each circle in sugar on one side, then fold the dough in half – sugar side up. Dip the dough in sugar again on one side and fold it again, with the sugar side facing in.

9. Dip the resulting triangles in sugar on one side.

10. Put the cookies on a baking sheet with parchment - sugar-free side down.

11. Put the cookies in a preheated 170°C oven, top-bottom or bottom with convection, for 15-18 minutes.

Walnut cookies "Fingers"

Ingredients for dough for 20 pieces:

  • Flour - 250 gr
  • Cold butter 82% - 100 gr
  • Sour cream - 100 gr
  • Soda - a pinch

Ingredients for the nut filling:

  • Roasted walnuts - 100 g
  • Brown sugar - 120 g
  • Butter - 50 gr
  • Powdered sugar - 10 g

The way of preparation:

1. Prepare the dough. Grate the butter on a fine grater.

2. Mix with flour to make crumbs. Add salt.

3. Combine sour cream and baking soda, mix, and add to the crumbs.

4. Knead the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least an hour.

5. Prepare the filling. Roast the nuts in the oven at 170°C and peel them off.

6. Combine the nuts, sugar, and melted butter in the bowl of a blender and blend until a paste.

7. Form the cookies. Roll out the chilled dough into a 2-3 mm thick layer.

8. Cut the dough into 10x10 cm squares.

9. Put 1 tbsp of the filling on each square and spread evenly, leaving the top third of the dough without filling.

10. Roll the dough with the filling into a tube.

11. Put the cookies on a baking sheet with parchment, and send the cookies to bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 18-20 minutes.
