This development was announced by the authoritative publication World Boxing News. According to British journalists, a situation where Usyk would give up the World Boxing Council (WBC) title for Klychko Jr. to rematch Tyson Fury (34-2-1, 24 KOs) does not seem impossible.
It's important to note that Daniel Dubois' (22-0, 21 KOs) victory over Joseph Parker (35-3, 23 KOs) on February 22 will pave the way for a fight between the Briton and the Ukrainian for the world title.
