Oleksandr Usyk is ready for the fight

On the day of the rematch with Tyson Fury, WBC, WBA, WBO and IBO champion Oleksandr Usyk (22-0, 14 KOs) recorded an address to his opponent. In his traditional humorous manner, the Ukrainian emphasized that he respects Fury, but did not miss the opportunity to make fun of the Briton.

"Good morning, Tyson. How are you? I love you, my greedy belly. My friend, my greedy belly, I'll see you today. I love you," Usyk said in a video posted on Boxing on TNT Sports' account on the social network X.

It will be the second fight between Usyk and Fury. In the first fight, which took place in May, the Ukrainian won a split decision, despite all the provocations and psychological pressure from his opponent.

On December 17, it became known that the fight between Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury (34-1-1, 24 KOs) would be monitored by an artificial intelligence judge.

On the eve of the rematch, a weigh-in ceremony took place. Former world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury significantly outweighed Oleksandr Usyk (22-0, 14 KOs). At the same time, our compatriot turned out to be heavier than he was before the first fight, which took place in late spring.

It should be noted that Fury behaved strangely during the ceremony. The Gypsy King, as the Briton is called, actually refused to duel in the duel of the eyes, and also refused to give the mandatory interviews.

On May 18, in Riyadh, Usyk defeated British WBC titleholder Tyson Fury (34-1-1, 24 KOs) to become the first-ever absolute champion in the heavyweight division in the four-belt era.
