Chef Tatiana Litvinova shared her top 6 quick and healthy bread spreads on Instagram. They will make any table look fuller and brighter.

It should also be noted that most of the top spreads include garlic paste. You can buy it in the store or make it yourself. To do this, wrap a head of garlic in foil and send it to bake at 200 degrees until it softens. Then squeeze and chop the garlic until it is smooth. To prepare the spreads, all the ingredients in the spreads should also be ground using a blender.
