Therefore, you should know what foods or dishes should not be cooked in an air fryer. The first of these foods is rice. It will be incredibly difficult to cook it evenly and make sure that the grains are well separated from each other.
It is better not to add sour cream to dishes.

The second product that should be avoided if you are going to cook in an air fryer is sour cream. We are talking about adding this fermented milk product to the dough. The fact is that usually the air fryer uses only half of its capacity. Therefore, the dough to which sour cream has been added may not be fully baked.

The last thing you should not cook in an air fryer is large portions of any food. This appliance is designed to cook only small, "single" portions. Only then will they get the right flavor, texture, and structure. Use the appliance correctly and it will serve you for years.
