Ingredients for the dough

  • Flour - 450-500 gr
  • Milk - 250 ml
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Dry yeast - 10 g
  • Oil - 50 ml

Ingredients for the dressing

  • Oil - 100 ml
  • Greens - a bunch
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Pepper
  • Garlic - 3-4 cloves

The method of preparation

1. Sift the flour into a deep bowl, add the yeast, sugar and salt. Mix well.

2. Add warm milk and vegetable oil, mix with a spatula at first, and then knead with your hands for 5-7 minutes.

3. Cover with a towel and place in a warm place for 30 minutes.

4. For the dressing, pass the garlic through a press.

5. Combine the oil, salt, pepper and herbs. Mix thoroughly.

6. Form the pampushkas and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment and greased with oil.

7. Cover with a towel and leave for 10 minutes.

8. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.

9. Take it out, cover with a towel for about 5 minutes, then break it up and pour the dressing over it.
