Simple and healthy chicken salad with celery
Spring has sprung, and that means it's time to get in shape and fill your body with vitamins. Salads are the perfect dish for both of these tasks.
A food blogger with the nickname iriska_dimitrova presented a recipe for a very light and nutritious salad on Instagram that everyone will definitely like. To prepare it, the cook used an incredible combination of chicken and celery.
Ingredients
- boiled/baked chicken fillet - 1 pc
- celery stalks - 2-3 pcs
- canned pineapples - ½ can
- green apple - 1 pc
- cheese - 100 g
- mayonnaise/sour cream/yogurt
Method of preparation.
1. Chop the chicken and celery stalks and put them in a bowl.
2. Add sliced pineapple, peeled green apple and cheese.
3. Season with sour cream, yogurt, or mayonnaise and serve.
