On the morning of November 29, people in Russia complained about a drone attack that was allegedly flying towards Moscow. At the same time, locals saw mysterious flashes over the occupied Sevastopol at night.
This was reported in Russian Telegram channels. In particular, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that Russian air defense systems shot down a Ukrainian drone over the territory of the Podolsk city district in the Moscow region at 7:30 a.m.
The mayor of the Russian capital, Sergei Sobyanin, said that the drone was flying towards Moscow. According to preliminary reports, there was no damage or casualties.
The night was also restless in the occupied Crimea. Thus, locals saw strange flashes of light over the city. It is not yet known whether these flashes were another "terrorist attack".
Earlier, it was reported that on Sunday, November 26, at least two powerful explosions were heard in the Russian city of Smolensk. They were heard from different parts of the city, with ambulances and rescuers rushing to the scene.
As reported by OBOZ.UA, on the night of November 26, several regions of the terrorist state of Russia were under massive attack by kamikaze drones. Russian officials and propagandists traditionally claimed that all the UAVs were allegedly "successfully destroyed" by air defense forces. For its part, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine confirmed our country's involvement in the largest drone attack on Russia.
