Olena Zelenska demonstrates an elegant look for the fall

First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska pays special attention to the mental health problems of Ukrainians, which have become more acute and widespread in the context of a full-scale war. The President's wife spoke about the importance of taking care of her psychological state in a conversation with her general practitioner, Tetiana Petrova, for the new issue of Vogue Ukraine.

In addition to the interesting conversation, readers also noticed Zelenska's stylish photo shoot for the article. She appeared on the pages in an elegant and restrained yet trendy look.

Thus, the first lady chose a beige polo blouse with a distinctive collar and buttons. The highlight of this element of the outfit was the trendy sleeves, which were just above the elbow. The look also consisted of straight black trousers that successfully emphasized the waist. Light styling and delicate makeup successfully fit into the overall picture.

The wife of the Ukrainian guarantor emphasized that compatriots should take care of their mental health, in particular by seeking help from a psychologist. However, Zelenska herself admitted that she does not have a personal therapist. She says that she is currently unable to share many things that bother her for safety reasons.

"I would love to see a specialist, but I can't be frank. I have nothing to hide, but now there are details, primarily domestic ones, that I cannot disclose. So for now, I am resorting to self-help techniques, in particular, following the advice of the methodology published on the special page of the 'How are you?' program. Slow breathing and meditation help," the First Lady said.

Zelenska also met with geneticist and pathophysiologist Viktor Dosenko. He told her that only 20% of Ukrainians will be diagnosed with PTSD, which is post-traumatic stress disorder. The majority of us will show mental flexibility and recover, and the lucky ones, according to statistics, about 25% of them, will even get post-traumatic growth, that is, they will become a better version of themselves: more courageous, free, and conscious citizens.

Zelenska chose a different outfit, refined and simple, completely in the style of the first lady. She wore a black high turtleneck and a classic jacket with a slightly fitted silhouette.
