Method of preparation

1. Mash the brynza with a fork. Grate the carrots on a fine grater.

2. Cut cabbage and pepper into strips.

3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.

  • Dry beans – 170 g.
  • Tomatoes in the o\j – 200 gr.
  • Ground asafoetida – 1/3 tsp.
  • Suneli hops - 1 tsp.
  • Smoked paprika - 1/3 tsp.
  • Salt – ½ tsp.
  • Oil – 2 tbsp.

Method of preparation

1. Boil the beans and mash them to a puree.

2. Beat the tomatoes with a blender.

3. Fry the spices for 30 seconds in heated oil.

4. Add beans and tomatoes. Stew for 5 minutes.

  • Boiled beetroot – 400 gr.
  • Marinated champignons – 150 gr.
  • Garlic – 4 cloves.
  • Mayonnaise - 100 gr.

Method of preparation

1. Rub the beets on a fine grater.

3. Mix all the ingredients and season with mayonnaise.
