Not Fury, Canelo, or Lomachenko: Usyk named the best boxer in the world

The unified heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk (23-0, 14 KOs) considers the American middleweight Terence Crawford (41-0, 31 KOs) to be the best boxer on the planet. At the same time, he called his recent opponent Tyson Fury (34-2-1, 24 KOs) the king of Great Britain.

Usyk expressed this opinion when answering a question from a journalist from TNT Sports. The corresponding video was published on the broadcaster's YouTube page. Oleksandr was asked to name a few names in boxing:

– Terence Crawford.

– Who is the best boxer in Europe?

– Daniel Lapin.

It should be noted that Usyk himself has recently been named the best heavyweight boxer of the 21st century. This happened after the Ukrainian's triumph in the rematch with Fury. The fight ended with Oleksandr winning a unanimous decision with a score of 116-112 three times.

In addition, it became known what result was recorded by artificial intelligence. This angered Tyson, who called himself the strongest with a difference of at least three rounds. After the fight, he was "disqualified."

Promoter Eddie Hearn disputed the score of the rematch between Usyk and Fury. In turn, the British media found out what Tyson was told before the 12th round of the fight. Anthony Joshua (28-4, 25 KOs) also reacted to the result of the fight.

At the same time, impressive statistics of the opponents' punches in the fight were published. A photo showed what Fury's face looked like after 100 missed punches from Usyk.
