Is the Ukrainian being doxed? A strange situation has arisen around the Usyk-Fury rematch

Usyk and Fury will rematch in December

The unified heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk (22-0, 14 KOs) continues to be the favorite to rematch Tyson Fury (34-1-1, 24 KOs). However, three weeks before the second fight, the bookmakers changed the odds for the fight again for some unknown reason, reducing the chances of the Ukrainian boxer winning it.

Analysts reduced the probability of Usyk's victory by several points at once. Bets on Oleksandr's triumph are now accepted with odds of 1.67 instead of the recent 1.61. At the same time, the odds on a draw and Fury's success in the December 21 fight remained unchanged at 15.00 and 2.30, respectively.

However, the changes also affected the method of ending the fight. Usyk's victory by the judges' decision is now valued at 2.75 (previously - 2.50). The index for Fury's early success is 4.33 (it was 4.00). With the same coefficient, you can bet on the triumph of the Gypsy King after 12 rounds (previously - 4.50).

It is worth noting that there are no prerequisites for such changes, which suggests a conspiracy. Experts continue to insist that Usyk will win again. For example, veteran Dereck Chisora noted that Fury has virtually no chance of revenge. And British promoter Ben Shalom simply put an end to Tyson and his ability to beat the Ukrainian.

On October 23, Usyk and Fury had their first duel of looks before the second fight. The Ukrainian appeared in an unusual way, changing his image. In addition, he forced his opponent to take an unusual step to help the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Bookmakers changed the odds for the second fight.

Earlier it became known that Tyson wants to organize a trilogy with Oleksandr to make boxing history. The Briton also accused the Ukrainian of disrupting the timing of the rematch.

In the first fight, Oleksandr defeated Tyson by split decision - 114:113, 113:114, 115:112 - and unified all the belts of the super-heavyweight division.

Our compatriot also shared his expectations for the second fight with Fury and responded to accusations of cheating during the May 18 fight. In addition, the Ukrainian told what he learned from this fight.

The legendary Volodymyr Klychko shared his expectations for the rematch between Usyk and Fury. And former champion Amir Khan disagreed with the forecasts for the fight to take place again.

In turn, Russian boxing coach Andrei Ivichuk called Tyson the winner of the upcoming rematch with Alexander. And the Ukrainian himself named the only boxer he is interested in fighting after the second fight with the Briton.

In addition, Anthony Joshua answered the question of who he would like to see win the rematch between Usyk and Fury. After that, he named the winner of the rematch. Tyson himself voiced his motivation for the second fight against our compatriot.

Fury also responded to the representatives of Usyk's team when they compared him to dictator Vladimir Putin. The Gypsy King explained why he turned away from the Ukrainian during a duel of the eyes before the first fight.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, the former coach of the Ukrainian boxing team Mykhailo Zavyalov said that Tyson Fury will put his career on the line in a rematch with Oleksandr Usyk. The Briton himself noted that he does not believe in his victory on points in the second fight with the Ukrainian. In turn, Usyk revealed the details of his preparation for the fight.

In addition, it became known who Oleksandr plans to fight after the fight with Tyson. The legendary Mike Tyson gave his prediction for the fight. The Briton also told what he was thinking in the ninth round of the first fight with Usyk when he was knocked down.
