"I'm not ready to fight dirty": Russian Lebedev named Fury's only chance to beat Usyk

Lebedev told what he expects from the Usyk-Fury rematch

Former world heavyweight champion Denis Lebedev expressed confidence that Tyson Fury (34-1-1, 24 KOs) will be able to defeat Oleksandr Usyk (22-0, 14 KOs) only with the use of prohibited techniques. According to the Russian, it is simply impossible to outbox the Ukrainian, because he is of the highest level.

Lebedev said this in an interview with the propaganda publication Sport-Express. The representative of the Russian Federation noted that Fury's only chance is to knock out his opponent, but it will be incredibly difficult to hit the Ukrainian, as Usyk demonstrates incredible movement on his feet.

"Oleksandr Usyk's school is much higher than Tyson Fury's. But the latter has his own peculiarities, the English school is specific. I expected him to show everything in the first fight because professional boxing is not always according to the rules, there are different techniques. Trying to outbox Usyk is useless, we've seen it many times. But this is a super-heavyweight, Fury hits enough to knock his opponent down. Will he be able to get in? Usyk is not ready to fight dirty, he's a classic boxer, but you have to be prepared for that. If this kind of boxing takes place, the result may be different," Lebedev said.
