"If you watch the first fight..." A coach from Russia has given up on Usyk in the rematch with Fury

Russian boxing coach Andrey Ivichuk has named Tyson Fury (34-1-1, 24 KOs) the winner of the upcoming rematch with Oleksandr Usyk (22-0, 14 KOs). The Gypsy King, as the Briton is called, will need to increase pressure on the Ukrainian and deliver his punches.

Ivichuk expressed this opinion in an interview with Vprognoze.ru. The Russian noted that Fury should carefully review and analyze the first confrontation with Usyk, as well as make some changes to his preparation and plan for a second fight against the Ukrainian.

"I think that in the rematch, I have Fury as the leader, and he will win. If you look at the first fight, he was a little under-pressured and underworked. If he sat down and soberly watched the fight, he would realize that he just needs to create more pressure and throw more punches. He felt all the punches he was getting hit with. I think Fury will win the rematch. He is my favorite," said Ivichuk.

We remind you that in the first fight , Usyk defeated Fury by split decision - 114:113, 113:114, 115:112 - and became the absolute world heavyweight champion.

A month after the fight , the Ukrainian was forced to relinquish the International Boxing Federation (IBF) belt, which was awarded to Anthony Joshua (26-3, 23 KOs) and Daniel Dubois (21-2, 20 KOs) on September 21.

Later it became known that the IBF left Usyk no choice. This situation angered the head of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Dana White.
