"I don't understand his desire": former world champion from Russia told how the Usyk-Fury rematch will end

Drozd speaks about the rematch between Usyk and Fury

Former world heavyweight champion Grigory Drozd does not see much chance for Tyson Fury (34-1-1, 24 KOs) to defeat Oleksandr Usyk (22-0, 14 KOs) in a rematch on December 21. According to the Russian, the British boxer is not stable, and his results depend on his mood.

Drozd said this in an interview with the propaganda publication Sport-Express. The representative of the Russian Federation noted that he expects the fight to go the same way as it did in the first confrontation between the boxers in mid-May, and Fury will have a chance of success only if he is well prepared and motivated.

"I will watch this fight with interest. I expect a high level of boxing performed by two first-class fighters. As for the chances, Usyk is my favorite. Fury is a man of moods, he is unstable. I don't understand his desire for revenge. Of course, if he trains hard and is in a good mood, he will have a chance. But, as I said, Fury is unstable - today it may be like this, and tomorrow it will be completely different. I think the fight will be the same as last time," Drozd said.

In addition, Anthony Joshua answered the question of who he would like to see win the rematch between Usyk and Fury. After that, he named the winner of the rematch. Tyson himself voiced his motivation for the second fight against our compatriot.
