• Dark chocolate - 90 g
• Cocoa - 20 g
• Orange zest - 1 pc.

Method of preparation

1. Put a saucepan of water on the fire and bring to a boil, reduce the heat and put the dishes with chocolate (it is important that it does not reach the water), melt the chocolate a little and add butter, melt everything completely.

2. Remove from the heat, add the orange zest and cocoa, stir and taste. If you want the butter to be sweeter, add powdered sugar.
