Food blogger Vira Korolivska shared on Instagram how to make clear and rich chicken broth. She also shared some of the secrets of a professional chef that will make the dish perfect.
Ingredients
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Carrot - 1 pc.
- Celery root - ¼ pc.
- Salt
- Black peppercorns - a handful
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Herbs
- Thyme - 1 sprig
- Bay leaf
- Chicken
The method of preparation
1. Peel and fry the vegetables over an open fire until black.
2. Put the vegetables in a saucepan with water and add spices, garlic and herbs.
3. Rinse the chicken thoroughly and put it in the pot.
4. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to a minimum.
5. Cover and cook until the chicken is done.
